After deciding to change my propane delivery provider at our vacation home, I called several propane service providers and selected Propane Depot based on the fact that Mike the representative was straight forward and very clear about the service. I also liked the idea that at no cost (based on a minimum dollar purchase) I would have access through an app to monitor my propane levels. This is important to us since our previous service provider let our propane run out. We do not visit our vacation home as frequently in the winter, it could have resulted in significant damage to our home. So far so good with Propane Depot, no gimmick pricing, a great app and the switch was made seamlessly.
