Propane is easy to store and refill. Includes an internal gauge within tank lid for simple and convenient refilling. Recommended refilling is between 20-30% capacity.
A twin stage regulator is necessary for tank usage at a safe, working pressure. Propane is odorless, but an odorant is added to it so that it will give off a smell if it’s leaking. - Still under factory vacuum seal, must have local propane provider fill the tank for the first time.
- First fill requires propane provider to break the suction seal by filling the POL valve with Methanol. After that it can be filled through the ACME fill valve.
